Porto-born architect Luís Pessanha Moreira, a graduate of the Technical University of Lisbon, established his independent practice in 1994. With a focus on diverse architectural projects, he has made significant contributions in the northern region of Portugal, while also engaging in collaborative efforts in the Azores and Mozambique.
